Hours

ArtWorks! galleries are open to the public free of charge, Tuesday through Saturday, 12 - 5 pm. Our galleries are open late on AHA! nights, (the second Thursday of every month), from 5 - 9 pm.

We also welcome you to stop by and meet the people behind ArtWorks!
Our Administrative Offices are open Monday through Friday, 9 - 5 pm.

Directions

From Providence, Fall River & Points West
I-195 E to exit 15 Downtown New Bedford. Follow Route 18 S to the first traffic light (Elm Street). Make a right onto Elm Street. Proceed up the hill and make a left onto Acushnet Avenue, which is the cross street just past the Elm Street garage.

From Boston & Points North
Route 24 South to Route 140 South to I-195 E to exit 15 Downtown New Bedford. Follow Route 18 S to the first traffic light (Elm Street). Make a right onto Elm Street. Proceed up the hill and make a left onto Acushnet Avenue, which is the cross street just past the Elm Street garage.

From Cape Cod & Points East:
I-195 W to exit 15 Downtown New Bedford. Follow Route 18 S to the first traffic light (Elm Street). Make a right onto Elm Street. Proceed up the hill and make a left onto Acushnet Avenue, which is the cross street just past the Elm Street garage.

Bus:
We are walking distance from the New Bedford SRTA bus terminal, serviced by Southeastern Regional Transit Authority, Bonanza Bus, and American Eagle Motor Coach.
